Currently Closed. I want to enroll in the Smart Pay program. I understand the Smart Pay program spreads my heating oil payments out over 12 months. This program also features a price protection cap. I understand my cap will not go above the cap and I will pay a lower amount if your daily price falls below the cap and that a hedging fee will be invoiced to my account to cover the hedging insurance cost associated with this protection. I also understand that the CAP price is currently $3.94⁹. This price is effective between 5/1/2011 and 4/30/2012 ONLY.

Currently closed. I agree to Pre-Buy my heating oil. My price is locked in at a pre-season rate and is guaranteed not to rise during the winter. This program also features downside protection. I understand I will pay a lower amount if your daily price falls below the prepaid price (up to $.20).
